3 Steps You Need to Take If Your Card Is Lost or Damaged

If you experience issues such as a lost or damaged SIM card, here are 3 steps you can take:

Block your SIM card.

- Call 3Care Customer Service at 132
- Send a photo of your identification documents (ID card/KTP and Family Card/KK) via email to 3care@tri.co.id
- Or visit the nearest 3Store by bringing your e-KTP and Family Card

Replace your SIM card.
You can replace your SIM card by visiting the nearest 3Store with your original e-KTP and a copy of the Family Card used during the initial registration. If someone else is representing you, they must provide an authorization letter signed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty.

Your new SIM card is ready to use.
No need to worry because your phone number will remain the same, and your remaining balance and quota will be automatically transferred to the new SIM card.
