1.Before your departure, you can check roaming packages and the list of roaming partner operators that cooperate with Tri at tri.co.id.

2.Then, purchase the roaming package that suits your destination country. You can buy it through the Bima+ application or via the USSD menu *899#. Don’t forget to make sure your data roaming setting is turned ON and your APN settings are configured as follows:

• APN: 3gprs or 3data

• Username and Password: leave blank

3.Once you arrive at your destination country, don’t forget to check the operator being used. Make sure the operator is one of Tri’s roaming partners. If needed, you can manually select the operator through your device settings.
