You can check your Tri credit, data quota, and card validity in three simple ways:
1. Via USSD *888#
Press *888# to check your Tri number, card validity period, and remaining credit.
2. Via the Bima+ app
Open the Bima+ app on your smartphone, and the main page will immediately display your Tri number, card validity period, remaining balance, and BonsTri points
3. Via Triva (Tri Indonesia's Virtual Assistant)
Greet Triva on WhatsApp or other channels, and type “account” to access your Tri number information.
