BOS TRI Service / Emergency Package

BOS Tri is a service provided by IOH to IOH prepaid customers (with prefixes 0895xxx, 0896xxx, 0897xxx, 0898xxx, and 0899xxx) that offers emergency credit or data quota. Customers can use the provided credit or quota and repay it during their next top-up, either in full or through multiple top-ups.
Program Benefits
- Credit Loan – Can be repaid through a regular credit top-up.
- Data Package Loan – Can be repaid through a regular credit top-up.
- Quota Loan – Can be repaid through quota deduction (regular quota) from SPV recharge packages Happy 3GB and Happy 3.5GB.
Currently, there are two quota loan options that can be repaid using either SPV quota or regular credit:
- 250MB Quota Loan (1-day validity)
- 500MB Quota Loan (3-day validity)
If the customer tops up credit first, the repayment will be deducted automatically from the credit balance.
How to Get BOS Tri / Emergency Package
Customers can access BOS Tri through:
- USSD: *805#
- The BOS Tri / Emergency Package page in the Bima+ application
- Promotional SMS offers
Terms and Conditions
Repayment of the borrowed credit and/or the value of data, voice, or SMS packages will be deducted automatically when the customer performs a credit top-up.
To be eligible for BOS Tri, customers must meet the following criteria:
* Be an IOH prepaid customer with prefixes 0895xxx, 0896xxx, 0897xxx, 0898xxx, or 0899xxx.
* Have a registered and validated Tri number in accordance with applicable customer registration regulations.
* Have maintained an active Tri number for more than 90 consecutive days and regularly topped up credit.
Customers can check their BOS Tri transaction history through the system or independently via 805#.
Emergency credit repayment can be made through:
* Credit top-ups
* Receiving credit transfers from another Tri number
The credit amount or available data/voice/SMS package options offered to customers are determined by Tri Indonesia based on its eligibility criteria.
Tri Indonesia reserves the right to approve or reject any customer application.
A service fee will be charged upon repayment of the borrowed credit and/or data, voice, or SMS package, as stated in the service notification.
Repayment for BOS Tri/Emergency Package usage will occur automatically when the customer tops up credit or quota.
Credit top-ups received via KIKIPU transfer can also be used for BOS Tri repayment.
The BOS Tri product value, loan amount, and administration fees are inclusive of VAT.
By purchasing or using BOS Tri services, customers agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Tri Indonesia's general Terms and Conditions available on the official website: tri.co.id
Tri Indonesia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to customers.
