Easy Way to Fix Internet Access Issues

Confused because you can’t browse or reply to chats due to no internet connection? Don’t worry — try these tips to get back online:
1. Turn on Mobile Data Make sure your mobile/cellular data is turned ON.
2. Check Your Internet Package Ensure your package is still active.
3. Check Your Remaining Quota Make sure you still have available data. You can check via *888# or the Bima+ app (if connected to Wi-Fi or hotspot).
4. Check and Set Up Your APN
- iOS: Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Network
- Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks
- APN Settings:

Tri Username: 3gprs
Password: Leave blank
5. Refresh Your Network Turn on Airplane Mode for 5–10 minutes, then turn it off.
6. Restart Your Phone Wait until the 4G/5G signal appears.
