• Minimum Android version: Android 10.0 (released in 2019) or newer

• Recommended browser: Chrome 105+ for more stable face scanning

• Other supported browsers: Samsung Internet v7+ and Firefox 102+

• Example devices: Samsung Galaxy A31, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, Oppo A53 (2020 and newer)

Note:
Make sure you allow camera access when prompted by the browser. Without camera permission, the face scan process cannot be completed.

Q: Can I register using an iPhone or iPad?

A:

• Minimum iOS version: iOS 15.4 (released in 2022) or newer

• Minimum iPhone model: iPhone 6s (2015), the oldest model supporting iOS 15

• Recommended browser: Safari 15.4+ (built-in, no download required)

• Other supported browser: Chrome 105+ on iOS 15.4+

How to check your iOS version:

If your device shows iOS 15.4 or higher, your device is ready.

Q: Can I register using a Windows computer?

A:

• Minimum version: Windows 11

• Recommended browsers: Chrome 105+ or Edge 105+, both support camera access

• Webcam required: Yes, a front camera or webcam is needed for face scanning

• Avoid: Internet Explorer is not supported. Please use Chrome or Edge instead.

Windows 10 and Windows 11 already include Microsoft Edge by default. Simply open Edge and visit registrasi.ioh.co.id — no additional installation is required.

Q: Can I register using a Mac?

A:

• Minimum macOS for Safari: macOS 12 Monterey is required for Safari 15.4+

• Minimum macOS for Chrome: compatible with Chrome 105+

• Recommended browsers: Safari 15.4+ or Chrome 105+

How to check your macOS version:
Click the Apple menu (top-left corner) → About This Mac
If your device shows Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma, or Sequoia, your device is ready to use.

Q: Why does face scan not work on my device?

A:

• Camera blocked: Tap the camera icon in the browser address bar and allow access

• Old Android OS: Update to Android 10 or newer

• Outdated browser: Update your browser through the Play Store or App Store

• Internet Explorer: Switch to Chrome or Edge

If you are using Android 9 or older, your device may not fully support the face scan feature. Please update your OS or try using a newer device.
