Payment Successful but Package Hasn’t Been Received Yet

Have you purchased a package but it hasn’t been activated yet?
Please check the following steps that may help resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Balance/Credit Make sure your balance or credit has been deducted for the transaction.
2. Check Transaction History Confirm that the purchase was successful and not pending or failed.
3. Check SMS Notification Make sure you received an SMS confirming that the package purchase was successful.
4. Check Your Quota Verify whether the package benefits have been applied by checking your quota via *888# or the Bima+ app.
How to Check Package Status
Via USSD
- Dial *888#
- Select Main Menu Choose Info
- Select Check Quota
Via Bima+ App
- Open the Bima+ app
- Check the Total Quota menu
