Roaming Tips to Stay Connected Smoothly While Abroad

Roaming service allows Tri users (Prepaid and Postpaid) to stay connected—access the Internet or make calls—while traveling abroad. Here are some tips to ensure you stay connected during your trip:
1. Roaming Tips Purchase and activate a roaming package before your trip.
2. Make sure Cellular Data & Data Roaming are turned ON if you want to use mobile Internet.
3. Verify that your Access Point Name (APN) settings are correct:
- APN: 3gprs or 3data
- Username: [leave blank]
- Password: [leave blank]
4. Select a partner operator that works with Tri. If using a dual SIM device, place your Tri SIM in SIM slot 1.
