KiKiDa is a service from Tri that allows you to send data packages to other Tri users easily. Here are the ways to use KiKiDa (Send Data Packages):

1. Through the Bima+ App:

• Open the Bima+ app and go to the Buy menu.
• Make sure your app is updated.
• Select Send Data Packages (KiKiDa).
• Enter the recipient’s Tri number and click OK.
• Choose the data package you want to send and click Send.
• Complete the payment to receive an OTP code.
• Enter the OTP and click Send to complete the transfer. 

2. Through 323# USSD:

• Dial *323# and select option 2.
• Choose the data package you want to send.
• Enter the recipient’s Tri number and click OK.

3. Through Triva (WhatsApp, Messenger, Twitter, Bima+):

• Open Triva on any channel.
• Select menu 4 – Info, then 4 – KiKiPu / KiKiDa.
• Choose 2 – KiKiDa.
• Enter your Tri number and the OTP you receive.
• Enter the recipient’s Tri number.
• Select the data package you want to send.
• Wait for the confirmation notification.
