Things to Consider When Changing Your SIM Card

You can request a SIM card replacement by visiting the nearest 3Kiosk or 3Store.
Your request will be processed once all requirements and terms have been fulfilled.
Please make sure of the following:
- Bring your original e-KTP
- Bring a copy of your Family Card (softcopy is allowed)
- Ensure your number is still active
If the replacement must be done by a representative, the process can only be handled at a 3Store. Please make sure to bring an Authorization Letter signed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty, along with the original e-KTP of both the SIM card owner and the authorized representative. To ensure a smooth replacement process, the authorized representative must also be listed in the same Family Card as the SIM card owner.
