Why Can’t I Use My Data Package?

If you are experiencing issues using your data package, check out the following tips so you can use it again.
1. Check Active Period: Make sure your package is still active.
2. Check Quota: Make sure you still have remaining quota.
3. Mobile Data: Ensure that mobile data/cellular data on your phone is turned on and that the internet connection is using the Tri SIM card (if you are using a dual SIM phone).
4. Check APN Settings. Here’s how to configure the correct APN:
For iOS:
Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Network
For Android:
Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names
Fill in the following details for the APN:

APN: 3gprs or 3data
-
Username: Leave blank
-
Password: Leave blank
