Why Didn’t My Package Renew Automatically?

Each Tri package variant has different terms and conditions regarding auto-renewal. If you are experiencing issues with a package that is not automatically renewing, please make sure of the following:
1. Ensure Your Package Includes Auto-Renewal
2. Ensure You Have Sufficient Balance
If your package supports auto-renewal and you wish to continue subscribing to the package, please make sure your balance is sufficient.
To repurchase your preferred package, you can do so through:
USSD
- Dial *888#
- Select Main Menu
- Choose the package you want
bima+ Application
- Open the bima+ application
- Select the “Buy” menu (icon located at the bottom of the screen)
- Choose the package you want
